Always great value for money. My room was clean and overlooked a beautiful garden. Shower and toilet facilities were immaculate, and staff were kind and responsive to requests. Happily breakfast was being served in the chapel, and made for a lovely Hogwarts like experience. Mansfield College, Oxford

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the security staff were very helpful. Not a complaint, I'm sure it would have been sorted if we'd asked, but we couldn't connect to the WiFi. Took us a while to find the instructions and the number was invalid. Hope University, Liverpool

When I arrived to check in there was no doorbell and the front door was locked so I had to wait for someone to leave to get in to see someone at the desk. Room and facilities good. Very easy access to tube, trains and walking distance from shops. John Adams Hall, Bloomsbury, London
