Overall, this was great - the room and facilities were as promised... Breakfast was really excellent, made even more so by the welcome of Mick in the kitchen - he could not have done more to make us feel well looked after as guests. Exceptional experiences. The staff were very hospitable. One suggestion (and this applies to all rooms everywhere) Put rubber bath mats in showers. The shower’s floors are slippery and especially older people are at risk of falling. Trinity Hall, Cambridge

Not an issue for me but be aware the light over the basin in the room wasn't working. Also there was an unpleasant smell in the room. It wasn't so bad near the end of my stay but others will complain. Beit Hall, Hyde Park, London
