The property is located 5 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins walk to the famous Anstruther Fish Bar, 1 mins to Cellardyke Harbour, 10 mins drive to The Cow Shed. Co-Op Supermarket near the town centre.
The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor – large bedroom with 3 full-sized single beds. Utility room with washer and dryer with access to the beach via the lane.
First Floor – 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Panelled bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit and illuminated steam-free mirror and towel rail.
Second Floor – Open plan kitchen/living room with dining table. The table can be slotted away into the shelving to create more space. Smart TV on the wall.
Beach – direct access to beach from utility room door.
Dogs - we welcome well behaved dogs that won't be on the furniture and beds. Please inform us if you are bring your dog(s).
