The Coach House Innlis a coaching inn dating back to 1625. It has a traditional beamed ceiling and stone fire places with a restaurant to seat 45 people. High quality home cooked food is served daily at lunch and evening times from our a la carte menu.
The Coach House is located in a small town on the Yorkshire border, ideal for visitors who wish to see the Lake District, explore the Yorkshire Dales or discover the Forest of Bowland and still be able to come back and enjoy a fantastic meal and a good nights sleep! The Coach House Hotel is based in the small friendly town of High Bentham, just 15 miles from the M6 at Lancaster. The drive from the motorway takes you through some quaint and historic villages, passing the rivers Lune and Wenning on the way. Bentham is a market town, surrounded by a large farming community and villages such as Ingleton and Clapham.
The surrounding country side around High Bentham is truly delightful, with plenty to offer the outdoor enthusiast, walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers and anglers, as well as those just wanting to relax and take things easy. It is also a popular base for visitors to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
