This Victorian house is situated 1 minute of Southend/Thorpe Bay seafront.
We have a bright and sunny deluxe 1st floor double/twin room with en-suite shower, toilet etc. with seafront and park views either side. Single or double occupancy. Very comfortable beds with goose down quilts and pillows.
We also have another superior double/family room with extra long Superking bed with large ensuite shower, toilet etc. A pull out guestbed with pocket sprung mattress is available for 1 child at an extra cost.
Room can also be set up as twin beds if preferred.
**Breakfast is not supplied, however there are places to eat 1 minute away on the beach.**
All rooms have recently been renovated to a high standard offering a modern contemporary feel.
