1) PLEASE EMAIL APPROXIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND ENSURE YOU PROVIDE VALID MOBILE NUMBER WITH YOUR COUNTRY CODE.
2) For guests arriving later than 11:30PM: Please notify us more than 24 hours prior to check-in. The property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. This information will be emailed or sent by text to you. You are required to request late check in information.

A valid credit or debit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and the card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit / debit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at Check-in.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. Up to £300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found.
A security deposit of up to £300 is required upon arrival for incidentals, nuisance or disturbance to other guest (payable by CARD PAYMENT only) . This deposit is fully refundable at check-out subject to no damage being found or issues reported.
