COVID - 19 NEW CHECK IN PROCEDURES.
Due to government guidelines and social distancing measures we are for now only doing remote guest check ins. On the day of your arrival you will receive a text message or email giving you our front door key code instructions along with what your room number you are in and our parking information. These measures have been implemented for the safety of our guests and our staff.
Lowdens House offers comfortable accommodation within a 5 minute walk of Taunton town centre.
Our nine guest rooms over three floors are all en suite and all have Freeview televisions and kettles with tea and coffee.
Lowdens House is ideal for business and leisure travellers alike with free wifi and ample parking (in two spaces in front of the house and an additional eight spaces in the rear car park). Its central location makes it ideal for any visit to Taunton:

just along the road from the Somerset College of Arts & Technology,
one mile from Kings College Taunton, Taunton School and Queens College and

Rooms are only available on a room only basis without breakfast, however there are two eateries that serve breakfast within a two minute walk and there is also many breakfast options available in the town centre. We always aim to provide a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, so if there is anything we can do for you please just ask.
