The property has an interlinked fire alarm system with emergency lighting for safety and ample off-road parking on a shared access drive. Ideal location. The 13-mile coastal route from Loughor to Pembrey is great for cycling and sightseeing, including the Wetlands Centre with pink flamingos and nearby Machynys golf course. A visitor’s attraction is Pembrey Country Park, renowned for its green flag awarded woodlands and blue flag award for its 8 miles of golden sands (Cefn Sidan beach). Only a 10 minute drive to Pembrey Country Park with events held throughout the year. The park features a dry ski slope, golf, toboggan ride, train rides and nature trails, as well as horseback riding plus much more.
