The Rose Street flat is in the centre of Edinburgh, a minutes' walk from Princes Street. The flat is located in a very lively part of New Town, with many shops, bars and restaurants just steps away. The flat is well appointed, offers you an ideal base to explore Edinburgh. Bedroom features a fabulous golden four-poster bed and a top end Harrison mattress and a TV. The bedroom also has a spacious walk-in closet. A hair dryer and a hair straightener, hangers, bath towels provided. There is an electric airer in the bedroom to air dry your clothes.The living room overlooks rose street, has a flat-screen TV, free wifi, a PS4 play station and x-box one station with games provided.Two sofa bed with extra layer of mattress topper provided. The well-appointed kitchen provides a washer-dryer, a dish washer, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator and build-in oven, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, Nepresso coffee machine with capsules provided, a dish drainer, a knife block, a frying pan, a steam cooker, tableware and cutlery. Also we have teabags, sugar, long-life milk. The south facing bathroom enjoys sunshine and excellent ventilation. Toiletries provided, including shampoo, a dove soap bar. £30 cleaning fee will be charged for every booking which is not included in the room rate. Due to the self-catering nature of the flat, we have self check in and check out. We won't enter the property again during your stay to ensure your entire privacy. There will be a £200 pre-authorisation hold in your card in case of any damages caused or items missing from the flat during your stay. We offer free luggage early drop off starting from 11.15am. But we don't offer any late check out and luggage storage service. There is a left luggage office in Waverley railway station which offers the luggage storage service.
