Lovely, bright, comfy, house with access to your own private garden. Overlooking the beautiful Tyne River.
In a perfect location, 20 minutes walk from the bustling Newcastle Quay side along the scenic river walk "Hadrian's Walk". Live Theatre, Sage Gateshead, Baltic, Newcastle Castle and many other cultural and concert venues can be reached by just a short taxi ride or a pleasant walk down the river.
There are local bus routes which run 24 hours (only 10 minutes to get to the city centre) 5 minutes walk to the Metro and very close to local shops.
The space
The house is warm and cosy with a smart TV in the lounge. Perfect for relaxing after a hard day of shopping, sightseeing or working. The house has it's own garden to enjoy. Free wifi is provided at the house. Make yourself at home in the kitchen and cosy lounge.
Upstairs there are 2 single beds in our newly refurbished bedroom. A bathroom with shower is also upstairs.
Downstairs there is a comfy sofa bed perfect for one person to enjoy a great nights sleep.
Guest access
The whole house is yours and has a door directly out onto the private garden. Oven, toaster, microwave and kettle there for your use.
Interaction with guests
We will try to personally check in all of our guests. There will be a modest breakfast provided for the first morning of your stay. Tea and coffee available for your use, plus basic cooking ingredients.
