Welcome to the White Hart a great wee family run venue offering a lively pub atmosphere and first class accommodation. We are located in a quiet street close to Dumfries town centre. We've got great beers on tap, the best internet jukebox, anywhere, karaoke, band nights and much more. There's free Wi-Fi throughout the building, which is a 170 years old.
The White Hart Hotel has been completely updated and refurbished with all 7 bedrooms finished to a very high standard. All of our bedrooms offer ensuite facilities with powershowers and heated radiators, central heating, t.v's, tea & coffee, free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, straightners etc. We have off street parking for cars, secure indoor parking for bikes, a bike wash and access to repairs and spares. Laundry/drying facilities are available on our wet days. We cater for workmen to our town and some of the their extreme hours. Early breakfast/checkout not a problem. Sandwiches and flask fills, happy to do it. Discount rates for longer term are negotiable. Please speapeak to Susan.
The White Hart Hotel is well renowned for promoting live music and entertainment. We are a friendly pub and strive to ensure that all who come through the doors has a memorable night. We have local musicians on a Thursday night who play a diverse mixture of music, encouraging others to get involved, either by selecting a song or getting up and singing themselves, you don't even need talent just the desire to be heard. Friday night is karaoke night...not a lot of explanation needed for this one, just don't ask the staff to sing! Michael, our resident guru, makes all welcome regardless of their taste in music and vocal accomplishments. Saturday nights may be jukebox led depending on the availability of live local talent.
