Visão geral

Woodacre B&B is a family run bed and breakfast currently offering ground floor accommodation. A Double room with en suite shower room or a Family room sleeping 4 with dedicated bathroom. Minimum 2 night stay applies to all bookings.

Situated between Walberton, Fontwell & Slindon, Woodacre B&B has great access to the A27, enabling guests to explore Arundel, Chichester, Goodwood, the sea and the South Down National Park. Portsmouth and Brighton being a journey of approx 40 minutes away or alternatively accessable by train. Both Heathrow Airport or Gatwick airport are around 1 1⁄2 hour and 1 hours drive away.

Directions:

By Car:

Coming from the West (Chichester, Portsmouth etc.)

Travelling in an easterly direction on the A27 travel past Chichester (Chichester By-pass) and follow directions for Arundel, Brighton etc. After approx. 6 miles you come to a roundabout at Fontwell (Fontwell Race Course will be on the right) and you will see a Shell Garage and Burger King Restaurant on the other side of the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit sign posted to Fontwell Village (Arundel Road). Go straight on at the first mini roundabout, over caution ramps in the road and straight on at the next mini roundabout. After approx. 200 metres the road bears left and joins the A27, but just before this junction you will see a road to your right. Take this road (still Arundel Road), there is a garage on the right called S&G, and another called Westbourne Motors, Woodacre is the first house on the right with a high green hedge after these garages.

Coming from the East (Arundel, Brighton etc.)

Travelling in a westerly direction on the A27 travel past Arundel (Cathedral and Castle on your right) and follow directions for Chichester, Portsmouth etc. Continue along A27 passing turnoff to Yapton, Tye Lane, and a slip road to Fordingbridge Engineering. Take the next slip road on your left sign posted Fontwell Village, which is just before a large green roundabout sign Turn immediately left again into Arundel Road passing S&G garage and Westbourne Motors on your right. Woodacre is the first house on the right with a high green hedge after these garages.

Nearest Train Station: Barnham (8 minutes away by taxi or the owners are happy to collect guests if arranged on booking).
