Residence Azur Campus 1 is located on the banks of the river Paillon in the east of Nice. There is a bus stop at the foot of the residence giving easy access to the local area (6 bus lines in total). The building is close to the old town (2500m) and the sea (3500m).
The residence which is an independent building of 100 studios has a private parking and sheltered outdoor areas. The studios which are of 16m² to 25m ² each can accommodate one or two people and are all fully furnished.
The ensuite studios which are offered on a self catering basis include a single or double bed, table and chairs, bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC), TV, free wireless internet connection, a kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave oven, extractor fan and a kitchen kit. Bedding and towels are included. The studios are all equipped with air conditioning.
Reduced rates are available for stays of one week and more.
