A spacious eight bedroom, seven bathroom, house sleeping up to 16 people with its own private entrance, furnished to a modern & high standard. Internally the property has an open planned kitchen/dining space with every essential you would require to make it a home away from home, with all kitchen appliances & a washing machine.The open Kitchen / Living room has a large Smart TV.
Beach House also has a small outdoor area at the rear perfect for those guests who smoke.
This property is also pet friendly, there is a pet fee of £40 per pet, with a maximum of no more than 2 pets.
There is a cleaning fee of £200 and a fully refundable damage deposit of £500 per apartment
Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
