Vista - Front row (NO. 513)

This is a brand new beach hut situated at Eastcliff on the front row at the naze in Walton . Previously called Primrose . I DO NOT HIRE OUT ON A DAILY basis . HUT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WEEKLY bookings .SUNDAY TO SATURDAY (7 DAYS ) Windows to front with Perspex so that even on cooler days you can enjoy the view . A short walk away is the Naze tower which is now an art gallery and café. The Naze also offers a conservation area which is lovely to walk through . there is a concrete pier suitable for fishing and crabbing a short stroll away. Parking is available above on the promenade alternatively there is a car park available plus a park with swings and slides. The hut has a gas stove with two rings and a grill . A dining area with seating . Crockery and glasses are provided. Deckchairs X8 . Also a few buckets and spades plus indoor games. The beach is very attractive and is suitable for all ages with steps down to the beach . Next door but one is a water tap which is very convenient. Toilets are close by and there is a cafe a short distance away on either side serving hot food drinks and ice cream . Behind the hut at the top of the stairs there is a lovely park and green area with swings and slides available for children . Hut is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs . There are buckets and spades and games along with a few books . It has a gas hob and grill . Equipped with kettle and saucepans and crockery . Access to hut either via steps or slopping path . Five wooden steps into hut with hand rail on one side.
