The Apartment is located on the first floor (which can be accessed by lift or stairs) the city view and river Foss is framed by the original brickwork, sympathetically restored from its warehouse past.

The double bed can be lifted up into the wall and put away to gain maximum space and the sofa can be transformed into a double bed on request.
There is a Modern glass bar accompanied by plush leather bar stools to enjoy a drink.
On arrival, you will feel right at home and have everything you need to re-energise from your journey with a good old Yorkshire tea or coffee and sit back and relax after a busy day sightseeing on the comfortable sofa.
