Prices depend on occupancy (1, 2 or 3 person), season, demand, room, typically with a per night £ price.

Best visited by car, Guests can walk to the University of East Anglia, Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, all businesses and events associated with the Norwich Research Park or UEA.

Guests are welcome to leave cars in our 24 hour off road parking and may also catch a bus or use the Park and Ride, (or walk?) to Norwich (3.5 miles away).

There is a choice of 2 excellent pub/restaurants, 2 fish and chip shops, Chinese and other take away's, Waitrose, and a Tesco Express in the area, all of which are around 1 mile away and therefore walkable for some. The Cellar House restaurant also offers our Guests a 10% discount, subject to some conditions.

Cringleford is a lovely area and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.

NB It is worth mentioning that we are always concerned for the well being of all of our guests and we are definitely NOT AN APPROPRIATE VENUE FOR STAG / HEN PARTIES / CLUB NIGHTS OR SIMILAR, OR night shift workers.

All of our rooms are for FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY. If this is not the case, reservations should be requested by telephone/email, and specifically approved by email in advance.

PLEASE NOTE:
Following Covid-19 we no longer have a breakfast room or any communal space.
A small breakfast selection (juice, cereal, yogurt, croissant) is available in a fridge in every room where there is also a microwave, table chairs, and necessary dishes and cutlery.
