A Light Breakfast (toast, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, tea, coffee) and our highly acclaimed, Full English breakfast, using the finest local ingredients, are available every day and can be booked in advance, directly with the property or on arrival. Please advise of any dietary requirements we need to be aware of at the time of booking.

We have a range of eight newly decorated en-suite guest rooms over three floors, accessed via our imposing staircase. There are three very popular smaller double rooms, one on the ground floor and two on the second floor. Also we have a twin and two doubles on the first floor and another double on the second floor. In addition, we have a first-floor quad suite consisting of a double room and twin room ideal for families or small groups of friends. Increasingly we are replacing our doubles with zip link beds for extra flexibility and to help accommodate golf, or other larger parties.

All our rooms have en-suites which have been upgraded with new showers and heated towel rails. WI-FI is freely available throughout the property and each room features thermostatically controlled radiators to allow you control of the temperature of your room. Complimentary hospitality trays are included with good quality branded products and also Freeview HD TV, USB charging points, hairdryer and guest information pack. In addition all rooms were recently kitted out with a mini fridge, iron, ironing board and also a fan to keep you cooler in the warmer weather. Included in the fridges is fresh milk and bottled water which is available at a small cost if required.

For your comfort, all rooms are provided with high-quality fresh white bed linen and fluffy towels with a selection of toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soaps Company.

Whilst check in is from 3pm and checkout is by 10:30am, early check-in and late checkout may be available on request.
