Ideal for a touring base in the heart of Scotland with Edinburgh, Stirling, St. Andrews and the highlands only an hour's drive away. Woodland walks surround the farm. Relax by the wood burning stove in the lounge. Golf courses aplenty and right next to the fabulous Kinnoull Hill Mountain Bike tracks.
We have two beautiful and cosy rooms. The Lilac is a Twin en-suite room which has two single beds. En-suite facilities include a shower. The Cream room is a double room, with a comfortable double bed. Our rates include breakfast.
