Summerfields House is a detached, large, secluded unique property surrounded by gardens on all sides, and in the heart of Hastings. We offer the convenience of being close to the sea front, transportation, shopping, and attractions. One of the only properties with direct access to Summerfields Woods nature reserve.
We offer free parking with electrically operated security gates. Electric vehicle charger can be used overnight for a reasonable price (our electricity isn't free!)
Each room is well equipped, two with en-suite bathrooms, and another room with exclusive use large bathroom just one pace across the hall.
The house has a breakfast/dining room along with a large conservatory (used in Summer months for breakfast).
Each room has its' own key.

PLEASE NOTE Summerfield's has two resident cats. They do not go near guest rooms though.
