The Lookout is situated directly on the sea front between Southend on sea and Thorpe bay. We have stunning sea views and our balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset over Southend pier. The beach is right outside our front door and a 15 min walk along it will take you to Southend sea front, with its many arcades and Adventure island. There are also many pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
The luxury apartment has been refurbished to a high standard, mixing modern tastes with its Victorian heritage. The lounge has a bright airy feel with large patio doors that lead onto our 6 metre long south facing balcony, with its stunning sea views. There is a 50" curved TV, free wifi and a Log burner, perfect for cosy nights in. The bedroom has a king size bed and we use high quality bed linen. The wet room has a large shower area and underfloor heating, towels are provided. The fully fitted out kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, there is also a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer. We provide some breakfast items such as cereals, bread for toast and jams. Tea, coffee and sugar is also provided.
There is free parking in our car park at the rear of the property for average size cars, if your car is large you may not fit in as it is quite narrow and other residents need to get past, in that case there is also free parking on the street at the front of the property.
