Barnbarroch Lodge is located less than a mile from the sea at Kippford, SW Scotland. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests and the house benefits from a large conservatory with bi-fold doors leading to the patio and large secluded garden. There is free WiFi access and parking for several cars. Accommodation comprises of:
Ground Floor
- Large front entrance hall/study area
- Living room with open fireplace (logs are free)
- Traditional kitchen with tall American F/F, dishwasher, modern Aga (gas/electric), adjoining pantry.
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Spacious dining conservatory opening to patio and large private garden.
- Shower room with steam-room.
First Floor
- Four bedrooms - one king and three double size beds (linen & towels are provided).
- Family bathroom

- Private parking
- Covered storage area outside
- Barbecue pit (charcoal provided for the first night).
Please note:
- Refundable damage deposit - there is an additional charge of £125, which is due to be paid with the remaining balance of the holiday. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure provided the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition and no damages have occurred.
- All bedrooms are located on the first floor reached by approx. 13 steps.
- The garden is maintained by a gardener. They will endeavour to take care of the garden during changeover before guests arrive, but this may not always be possible.
- Dogs are welcome (2 maximum).
