A deposit of 12% is taken upon booking.
The remaining payment is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, or on the day of booking thereafter. The remaining payment should be completed as per the instructions provided within the "Entry Info" section of the booking confirmation email.
If the remaining payment is not received within 6 weeks, or on the day of booking thereafter, the managing agent will cancel the booking and the deposit will be retained.
Please note an additional Good Housekeeping Deposit will be required.
The Good Housekeeping Deposit (GHD) is a bond which represents an agreement to leave the house and contents as found.
The property will require a GHD from the guests, as a bond, representing the agreement to leave the property as found. The owner may claim for any loss or damage up to the amount of the GHD. In addition to damages, the management may claim for excessive cleaning costs, smoking in non-smoking properties over-occupancy etc. They may make a claim for any costs arising from your rental which were not anticipated or factored into your rental. Please be aware that smoking in the houses or taking dogs into houses which do not accept pets leads to the full GHD being claimed.
