Pension Am Park, Berlin

Geschichte

The history of the typical Berlin B&Bs, which are situated in a large upper class apartment, is unique and can only be found in Berlin itself.

Many of Berlin’s B&Bs were established around 1915 by war widows, who lived in a large upper class apartment. In order to survive, after their husband’s death, the widows started renting out rooms in their own living area. This is one of the reasons, why many of the typical Old-Berlin B&B’s are still situated in the so called “good areas” from those days, like “Charlottenburg” and “Wilmersdorf”.

It is uncertain when exactly the “Pension am Park” set ground, the only thing is known for sure is, that it was already up and running in the 1950s.

Essen & Getränke

A rich breakfast buffet is available upon request in the peak season.

In the rooms you will find a minibar, where drinks can be consumed for an additional charge.

Grundstücke und Gärten

Opposite the B&B "Pension am Park" you will find lake "Lietzensee", with its own park, where you can enjoy coffee houses, play areasa or sunbathing lawns; it is ideal for strolling around, going for a walk or jogging.

WLAN Internet access is available free of charge or you can use the public computer.

All rooms are equipped with TV and minibar.

Luggage can be stored.

Pets are allowed upon request and will be charged €5 per day.
