Die Residenz Ôtelia befindet sich in einem lebhaften Viertel von Lyon und bietet ihren Gästen Studios zur Selbstverpflegung, Seminarräume, ein hauseigenes Restaurant, eine Terrasse, einen Garten und einen Wellnessbereich.
Die 123 komplett möblierten Apartments der Residenz bieten optimalen Komfort. Sie sind alle mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kochnische ausgestattet. Jedes Apartment verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen Flachbildfernseher.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen Route de Vienne und Jet d’Eau Mendès sind nur 250 Meter entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum von Lyon, der Bahnhof Perrache und der Bahnhof Part-Dieu sind von Ôtelia aus in nur 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

Essen & Getränke

All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a kitchenette. Please note that a deposit is requested to access the cupboards of the kitchenette which include kitchenware.
 
Breakfast is at 10 € / person and 8 €/child (up to 10 years). The breakfast buffet is served at the restaurant Côté Berthelot (located on the ground floor) at the following times:
 
- Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 11.00am
 
- Saturday and Sunday: from 8.30am to 10.30am
 
- Breakfast is not served on public holidays
 
The restaurant Côté Berthelot is also open from Monday to Sunday for both lunch and dinner.
 
The supermarket Franprix is located 350 m away from the property. It's open from Monday to Saturday until 7.00pm and on Sunday morning.

The Blandan Park - a green area of 17 hectares is the ideal place for a stroll and is only a 7 minutes walk from the Residence.

The SPA is available at an additional charge from Monday to Friday from 5.00pm to 9.30pm and Saturday from 4.00pm to 8.30pm and Sunday from 8.30am to 11.30am. It is closed on public holidays. **

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using the existing bedding. A child under 2 year (s) is charged €10 per night per person when using existing beds. If you need a cot, please contact the property in advance. 
 
Pets are admitted against a surcharge of 17€
 
Housekeeping is not provided on Sundays and public holidays, hence extra towels are provided in the room. Cleaning is done once a week for stays of 7 nights or more and every day for stays of up to 4 nights. A cleaning kit for the crockery is available on request only.

The opening hours of the reception are as follows:
 
- Monday to Friday from 7.00am - 9.30pm
- Saturday: 8.30am - 8.30pm.
- Sunday from 8.30am to 1.30pm
 
The reception is closed on public holidays.

From Part Dieu train station (10 mins): Take Tramway T4 towards Feyzin/Vénissieux (stop at: Jet d'Eau - Mendès).
 
From Perrache train station (10 mins): Take Tramway T2 towards St Priest Bel Air (stop at: Route de Vienne)·
 
By car: Take the A6 motorway towards Lyon (Autoroute du Soleil). To enter the city take exit Part Dieu. The residence is located on the N518.
