Here at Abbey House, you can enjoy a calm and beautifully considered stay where comfort, privacy and effortless hospitality come together.
Abbey House is completely self check-in, giving you the freedom to arrive with ease and settle in at your own pace.
As from October 2026, a continental-style breakfast is included in every booking. Your breakfast will be placed in your in-room mini fridge ready for your arrival, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast whenever you choose.
Your breakfast selection includes:
- Fresh yoghurt
- Orange juice
- Croissant
- Cheddar cheese
- Porridge
- Fresh fruit
- Cereal bar
Tea and coffee-making facilities are available in every room as standard.
All of our rooms are en-suite and prepared with fresh bed linen, towels and dressing gowns for your comfort.
Self check-in details will be sent to you 24 hours before your stay, giving you everything you need for a simple and convenient arrival.
Abbey House offers a relaxed alternative to a traditional hotel stay — personal, peaceful and designed with your comfort in mind.
Please note that we are not pet friendly.
PARKING
Parking is available to both the front and rear of Abbey House. There are 2 parking spaces to the rear, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and these cannot be reserved.
On-street parking is also available to the front of the property, with parking discs provided for guests on arrival. Restrictions are not in action from 6pm-8am.
If Abbey House is particularly busy and you are unable to find a space when you arrive, Sainsbury’s is located directly across the road and offers parking for a small charge.
We have CCTV in the front and rear of the property.
