Free on street parking is available all year round, though this is more difficult to find during busy periods and guests may have to park further away. All our five guest rooms have flat screen televisions with free view channels, luxurious Egyptian cotton linen on all beds and hospitality tray with tea, coffee and fresh milk and all rooms have are en-suite. Some rooms have an oblique sea view and it is just a few minutes' walk from the pier. There are lots of restaurants locally covering all cuisines from fish and chips to Thai and Indian, again all within a few minutes' walk.
The beautiful south downs are on the doorstep with lots of walks and trails if you are so inclined. Brighton and Hastings are a short drive away and there is a regular train service to London.
