This unique basement flat can sleep up to 6 guests. There are 2 single beds, a super king and a sofa bed. There is also outside space to relax.
The center of Brighton is a short distance away, not even 10 minutes and you'll be able to enjoy the thriving city.
Park from 8pm-8am on the road with no issues, the road is rather busy though, but plenty of side roads.
There is a main bus route down the bottom of the road next to the local shops. Everything you need or more.

You must go down stairs to enter the apartment. On your left is the first bedroom with 2 single beds, on into the spacious kitchen lounge area and patio doors to relax and enjoy your time with family, friends or work colleagues.
Down the hallway you have the bathroom on your left, which has a bath and a shower connection to it.
Further down leads you to the master bedroom where is a super king bed but this can be split down to two singles if require please do let us know at the the time of booking.
