The Space
Emerald House is situated in a quiet residential area and benefits from private on drive parking.
The living room is a bright and airy space, and includes a four-seat sofa and additional chair, coffee table and 40in smart TV with free access to Netflix for evenings of feet up relaxing. Leading from the living room is a nice dining area for socialising at mealtimes. During the warmer months the double doors open to the garden giving that outdoor feeling.
A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus crockery and cutlery provided. You will find a Nespresso machine and pods along with a selection of tea, coffee and sugar for you to enjoy at your leisure.
All bedrooms feature beds, a bedside cabinet for storage and a clothing rail - more than enough space for your stay. The main bedroom also features an en-suite shower. The two main bedrooms have the option to split as two single beds or a king-size bed.
The main bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. The en-suite room has a shower and a toilet and there is also a seperate washroom downstairs.
The house benefits from a well kept garden to enjoy during the spring/summer months
