There is a TV in the living room, and in kitchen you can cook your own favourite dishes.
ID and Deposit: We require a photo ID of the guests checking in (Passport or Driving Licence). Deposit £50 per room is required. As apartment has just 2 rooms, so booking 2 rooms is the Entire House/Apartment £1000 security Deposit is required. (Security deposit is a refundable amount which we ask guests to pay incase of damages caused by the guest if no damage caused the guest will get a full refund).
Guest access
The guest who has booked only room (not the entire flat) is supposed to share the , Living room and Kitchen with other guests. If you have booked an entire flat then no sharing with another guest.
You are allowed to a kitchen, living room, your room, outside car park and private or ensuite bathroom/toilet.
Check in: 15:00 (3:00pm) - 20:00 (8:00pm) (arrivals may be allowed outside this window if your travel plans can't be adjusted however this is subject to availability)
