We would love to welcome you to our three bed, semi-detached house on New Road in Porthcawl for anyone working or visiting the area. The property was recently modernised and has a good finish throughout. There are two reception rooms, a lounge and dining room, in addition to a well equipped kitchen and a closet WC to the ground floor, so the property has plenty of space to accommodate guests. The bay window in the lounge overlooks the front courtyard garden and the dining room has french doors leading out to the rear garden. The kitchen has integrated appliances which include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven and hob with extractor hood. To the first floor are three good size bedrooms and the family bathroom, a modern suite comprising of bath with shower over, wall mounted hand basin and WC.
