Situated a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach, The Palmerston offers free parking suitable for cars and coaches, free Wi-Fi, and during high season (April - September) has the added benefit of a vintage licensed tearoom open daily from 11am - 8pm. The garden area has also a Victorian boat swing and play area for children.
Each room at The Palmerston features an en suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV.
A complimentary cooked English breakfast is served daily and it includes a variety of cereals, jams, and fresh fruit juices. Breakfast is served with a choice of tea and coffee.
Shanklin town centre is a 3-minute walk from the B&B and Ryde’s harbour is 8 and half miles away. The ferry service to Southampton stops at Cowes, 13 miles from the property. Shanklin & Sandown Golf Club is just 8 minutes’ drive away. Shanklin Theatre is also only a short walk away.
