Whether you're after a quick lunch or an evening meal, our head chef will ensure that you enjoy a freshly prepared meal. With a variety of menu options from homemade dishes to traditional 'pub grub' there is something for everyone. We are proud to work with local suppliers and are frequently complimented on the quality of our meat and produce. Our curry nights are fast gaining popularity, and Charlee's homemade desserts are the perfect way to end your meal, so be sure to save room for one of those! We are delighted to cater for those with special dietary requirements - we encourage diners to contact us in advance so we can be sure to cater appropriately for each individual's specific needs.

We offer a variety of local beers & ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks, which can be enjoyed alongside a meal or on their own in our bar, outside overlooking the sea front or in our beautiful rear garden.

All of our four en suite letting rooms boast impressive sea views, comfortable beds, well stocked tea & coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries.

Perfectly situated at the foot of North Hill, a five minute stroll from the harbour and West Somerset Railway and ten minutes from the town centre we are a convenient base for exploring Minehead. A short drive or steam train journey will enable you to access the delightful medieval village of Dunster and its castle, the harbour towns of Porlock and Watchet and popular family attractions Torre Cider Farm, Tropiquaria Zoo and Doniford Farm. We are ideally situated for walkers who may wish to explore the Quantock or Brendan Hills or Exmoor.
