Excellent stay. Very clean, good showers and friendly staff.
Mr Carl L

Staff friendly and helpful. Room and facilities clean and tidy. Breakfast good variety. Room was a bit too warm and I didn't want to leave window open as room was on ground floor. Great location and great value. Thanks
Mr Ivan D

Staff were very courteous and helpful. When I checked out I left my bag in the luggage room and came back in the afternoon and picked it up, That is a very helpful service and it is free. Rosebery Hall is a good place to stay if you have to catch a plane out of Gatwick Airport (38 bus on Roseberry Avenue to Victoria bus station; then a train to Gatwick).
Mr Timothy S

Thanks, everyone, friendly and helpful. Like that breakfast is served nice and early.
Ms Anne H

The rooms are clean, comfortable & well-appointed; the toilets and showers are kept clean; the food is excellent; and the staff are helpful and obliging. Thanks for making our stay a pleasurable one.
Dr Ian W

Overall I'm very pleased with the facilities at Rosebery Hall , breakfast options were excellent for this type of accommodation. Minor gripes are the towel in my room was a bit small, and I would have been happier with a few more clothes hangers, very minor issues.
Mr martyn l

Represented good value for a stay in central London and was very convenient as we were attending a wedding at St. James Clerkenwell.
Mr Julian L

excellent value for money , we stay in LSE accommodation whenever we come to London . Staff very helpful and friendly.
Mr elizabeth B

I asked for a quiet room away from the main road. I was allocated a very quiet room overlooking the inner garden and courtyard, which I appreciated very much. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were very good, with a wide range of choice of items. The room was a basic student room with a wash basin. Everywhere was very clean. Overall, excellent value for money.
Mr Barry W

A really nice place, great staff, lovely people. Took me back to my student days! Would definitely recommend!

How to find us: Rosebery could not be better located for travelling around London. The journey from Victoria Coach Station and St. Pancras International couldn't be easier bringing Europe and beyond within easy reach - an ideal location for travelling!

There are two underground stations nearby. Angel station (Northern line) is five minutes away - follow the signs to Sadler's Wells theatre and then continue along Rosebery Avenue, we're on the left hand side. From Farringdon (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan lines and Thameslink services) come out of the station's main entrance, turn right and then right again up Farringdon road. When you get to the Fire Station turn right along Rosebery Avenue, we are on the right hand side just before Sadler's Well's theatre.

Several Bus routes pass the front door - the 38 runs from Victoria, the 19 from Battersea and 341 from Waterloo - alight at Finsbury Town Hall and we're just across the road.

From Gatwick: Take Thameslink service from Gatwick to Farringdon (Northbound).

From Heathrow: The cheapest option is to take the Piccadilly Line to Kings Cross St. Pancras. There you change on to the Northern Line to Angel Station. Alternatively you may also take the Heathrow Express to Paddington station, and the use a taxi or the undergound to get to Rosebery.

From Stansted: Take the Stanstead Express to Liverpool Street station, and then take bus 153 to St. John Street (see directions from Angel). You can also take a bus service to Victoria Coach Station and then take bus 38.

From Luton: Take the Thameslink Service to Farringdon.

From City: Take the DLR to Bank, at Bank change onto the Northern Line to Angel.

From Eurostar: take the Northern Line to Angel or it's a 15 minute walk.
