Charlton Mill Way is nestled in the heart of the South Downs, surrounded by stunning country side in the quaint hamlet of Charlton. The B and B has 3 Guest rooms all with their own bathrooms, Tv's and WiFi. We have a very popular pub, The Fox Goes Free, 5 minutes walk from the property, that provides fine ales and excellent food, with a beautiful beer garden with exceptional view of the South Downs. We are a stone’s throw from the famous Goodwood Estate, which provides various events throughout the summer from horse racing to motor sports.
Being situated in the South Downs National Park, we are privileged to explore the wonderful tracks and trails a haven for picnics, running, walking and cycling. In Spring you will be treated to carpets of bluebells just a few minutes away. West Wittering beach with its spectacular sand dunes is only 11 miles away.
We are a family operated B and B and thoroughly enjoy welcoming guests into our home and hope our guests also will feel at home. However our bedrooms and bathrooms are of a very high standard as one would expect if you were staying in a hotel, and come comlete with tea and coffee making facitlies. We will serve you a traditional English Breakfast in our dining room or if you prefer to sit outside we can arrange this for you. We want our guests to feel relaxed be it sitting in the dining room or adventuring outside into our country garden and just taking in the scenery.
