Welcome to Ab Fab Rooms.
We can be found in a little village called Bishopstone on the outskirts of Seaford – a pretty Sussex town. Our rooms have stunning views of the end of Seaford Bay and to the ferryport of Newhaven beyond. Surrounded by the Downs with lots of scope for coastal and inland walks - in short - set in a beautiful part of Sussex. We are five minutes walk to the beach and the same to some quiet country walks with great views of the Downs. Seaford Bay is mostly unspoilt with great access to Seaford Head Nature Reserve with stunning views over the town. For the more adventurous you can continue to Cuckmere Haven and even across the Severn Sisters to Eastbourne.
We have tried to create somewhere we would like to stay. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, great showers and homemade biscuits or cakes in the room and not forgetting locally sourced and / or supplied ingredients for our breakfasts.

We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets. Check-In time: 15:00 and Check-Out time: 11:00.
