It has two Apartments: Girasole and Melograno. The Girasole is a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a private bathroom as well as a big living room, it's on the first floor and has two big balconies overlooking the garden. The Melograno is a one Bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a garden, it has a double bedroom, a kitchen with a living area and a private bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living area who can sleep up to two kids, with no charge. The Internet is free of charge. The entire Building has been refurbished in 2017.
