Winner of Scottish Borders Guest House of the Year, a warm welcome awaits you from Lisa and Steve in their home Caddon View. Set in its own grounds Caddon View is a beautifully decorated Victorian house built in the 1850’s which has a café in our refurbished conservatory showcasing the best of the south of Scotland’s ingredients with a little (lot) of fun along the way. The Sitooterie offers a range of breakfasts, lunches, main meals, teas, coffees and cakes, all inspired by what is fresh local and seasonal. We let the produce do the talking, and there are always freshly made scones and cakes available.
We have eight individually decorated and comfortable rooms, an elegant drawing room where the fire is lit when it’s cold, and a breakfast rooms where guests can eat a delicious breakfast, freshly cooked to order from our menu of options.
We are situated in Innerleithen, in the Tweed Valley near Peebles and Glentress, in the Scottish Borders, and we hope that you will come and visit the quiet and undiscovered corner of Scotland
