In the absence of arrival details prior to 24 hours or last-minute bookings,there may be some delay in check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. 

Damage Deposit - There is a security deposit of £250 which will be charged by the property prior to check-in. This is a refundable deposit which will be refunded 14 days post check out subject to no damage in the apartment.

NOTE: The apartment owner reserves the right to deny check-in if the guest denies paying the security deposit. The booking amount will not be refunded in such a scenario.
