In the dining room, wall to wall picture windows bring the glorious Devon countryside to you while you eat. This space also provides an additional lounge area with 30” TV and DVD player.
A downstairs utility room houses washing machine, tumble dryer, shower room, WC and basin. family bathroom over-bath shower On the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (double shower, and double ended bath), French doors leading out onto a stunning terraced balcony. Bedroom 2 has a King (2 singles on request); & bedroom 3 has a double. On the 2nd floor, bedroom 4 has 3 singles & a pull out bed (ideal for kids).
Outside, a paved patio with dining seating for 8, brick built BBQ, outdoor toys, lawned garden backing onto woodland provide an outdoor space for all to enjoy. A single garage offers storage space for surfboards and bikes. Dogs are welcome but on request only and charges apply.
