Located on a quiet street off Leith Walk, near Waverley Train Station, the Edinburgh Playhouse, and St. James Shopping Centre. Only 20-minute walk to Edinburgh's vibrant Old Town, where you can enjoy all of the magic of the various festivals that take place during the summer, and it's only a 20-minute walk to Edinburgh's New Town, the city's top shopping district, with lots of nice boutiques, all of the big brands and shops, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs.

All the rooms are private with a 120cm double bed and their own en-suite bathroom. Each room is securely locked with your own key fob.

The studios come with a private kitchen and most of the Double ensuite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.

Self service laundry machines and dryers are available.

Booked 4 nights whilst exploring the Fringe, Tattoo & the sights. Accommodation 20 mins brisk walk to city or very convenient trams close by. Very helpful staff on Reception. Room basic but very clean - very hot but we borrowed a fan. Would definitely book if we visited again & would highly recommend

Murano is located in a quiet courtyard off Leith Walk. Leith walk is being fitted with a brand new tram-line, which will make it very convenient to get to the property from the city centre / train station and Airport. The closest tram stop is at McDonald Road.

You can walk to Leith in about 15 minutes and the city centre is about 20 minutes walk.
