Nestled in the small Cotswold village of Cold Aston between Cheltenham and Bourton-on-the-Water is The Plough Bed & Breakfast. A firm favourite with the locals and run by locals, The Plough offers a warm welcome, with four unique characterful rooms catering for all travellers.
With its old Cotswold flagstones, original beams and a roaring fire you can lose yourself in the history of this grade 2 listed 17th Century building whilst relaxing and creating a base to explore the North Cotswolds and beyond.
Ideally located to visit many of the areas main attractions including Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, The Slaughters, Broadway, Snowshill, Burford, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Cotswold Farm Park and of course Cheltenham, with race weeks being extra special events in the area.
We have 4 ensuite double/ twin rooms varying in size and price each with their own unique character. Each room is named after a local village, which the Plough Inn previously served since the 17th Century. The rooms have been renovated and decorated sympathetically to preserve the character of this grade 2 listed building.
Each room has a really comfortable bed with crisp fresh white linen, fluffy white towels, ensuite bathroom with bath and/ or shower, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. If you need anything else such as an iron please just ask.
