Residenza Giulia is located 10 minutes' walk from Florence’s historical centre, 700m from Santa Maria Novella train station and 500m from the western side of the big Cascine Park.
Situated just outside the limited traffic area, the accommodation is easily reachable by drivers who come from the motorway A1 and from the toll Firenze Nord. For a charge, it is possible to use the private carpark, situated just under the building.
Also reachable in 10 minutes on foot are the convention and exhibition centres of the Leopolda Station, the Convention Palace, the new Parco della Musica and the Teatro Comunale.
The B&B is at the top floor of a building and the rooms enjoy with a panoramic terrace. All rooms have a private bathroom, air-conditioning, mini-bar, Internet Wi-Fi connection and private terrace.
