M25 Exit the M25 at Junction 7 onto the M23 / A23 motorway in the direction of Gatwick Airport / Brighton.  

From the East or West

From the East or West Brighton is served by the A27 from both directions. London Gatwick Airport is only 30-40 minutes (28 miles) by road. London Heathrow Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes (65 miles) by road, depending on traffic; the Hotel recommends you allow a minimum of 2 hours in case of delays.   The Square Townhouse is situated on the New Steine, just off the A259/Marine Parade which is the seafront stretching along the length of the City.

Marine Parade

Marine Parade is the upper seafront road from which you turn into New Steine. It runs the length of Kemp Town but only has a small number of Pay & Display bays available; be sure to check the signs as they are scattered in between resident Permit Holder bays.

Madeira Drive, BN2 1PS

Madeira Drive, the lower seafront road next to the beach, is the next most convenient option. Depending on how far along you find a space, it can take anything from 2-10 minutes to walk to The Square and involves steep steps up to Marine Parade.

Zone C

The Square Townhouse offers parking permits for Zone C at a cost of £15.00 per 24-hour period. These are available at Reception on request, they are valid for any on-street parking bay marked as Zone C.  PLEASE NOTE: New Steine is not part of Zone C

Chapel Street Car Park, Chapel Street, Brighton, BN2 1RW

Chapel Street car park is ideally located if you want to go shopping, enjoy the beach, see the Royal Pavilion, or visit other local attractions. Due to tight turns, this car park is recommended for small or medium sized vehicles only. If you are unsure if your car is too big, please use one of the other car parks.
