The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. Entering the cottage, you are greeted by a conservatory which provides a space for shoes, boots and coats. This leads into the lounge, with original features and modern furnished comfy sofas focused on the Smart TV with free view.
Through the lounge is a spacious kitchen/diner. It has a contemporary kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Dine in comfort and style with seating for 6 people. French doors lead out from the kitchen onto an enclosed patio area with garden furniture to seat 4 and a BBQ to enjoy during the summer.
Heading up to the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and the family bathroom which has a P shaped bath with over-head shower and WC. The 2 bedrooms on this first floor are a double and a twin zip-and-link (super-king-size on request). Towels and linen are provided. Dogs are welcome on request only and charges apply.
There are parking bays for the row of terrace houses including Westeria Cottage at the rear.
Alternatively, there are three parking spaces on the road outside the house. However, this road can get quite busy and the spaces are on a first come first serve basis. There is also on the approach to the house from Barnstaple, a small car park on the right, 100 yards before the property. Charges apply 8am-6pm. There is also parking in the surrounding roads.
