Panoramica

Bertani 4 is a modern and comfortable apartment located in a lively area with good city connections. It features one double bedroom, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living area with a sofa and a dining table. It also includes a balcony overlooking the city.

Trastevere is the heart of Rome. It is a lively and vibrant area offering quality food restaurants and nightlife entertainment but at the same time it also offers historic churches and world heritage squares such as piazza Trilussa, piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, Piazza S. Cosimato. It is the symbol of both the ancient and the modern roman spirit.

The kitchen is fully furnished. The surrounding area is full of pubs, restaurants and local " trattorias" where guests can enjoy the typical italian food. 

Terreni & Giardini

Gianicolo Park is less than one mile away. It is a long ridge paralleling the Tiber called the Gianicolo (Janiculum), which is famously not one of the Seven Hills of Rome. There are a few sights up here such as a monument to Gaibaldi, but the most attractive feature is simply the sweeping view of Rome across the river, taking in everything from the Pincio gardens of the Villa Borghese on the left past the domes of the city center beyond the curve of the Colosseum on the right.

A deposit of 50€ is required upon arrival, which will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage caused to the property during your stay. There is also a daily city tax of 3.5€ per person and a small cleaning fee upon check out.
