The Anchorage & The Tackleshed, Penmark

Located in the rural Vale of Glamorgan and close to Cardiff Wales Airport and The Heritage Coast.
The Anchorage is a stone fronted two storey house, fully double glazed and central heated . It is decorated to a modern taste and has an open plan kitchen/living area.

an oversized island house the electric cooker and electric hob. There is an island overhead extractor which houses lighting to light up the area , the back of the island has 4 high bar chairs for sitting to eat.
The living area has a cream leather corner electric reclining sofa with chaise lounge and a 40 inch flat screen tv , also a built in music system Bluetooth enabled.
The first floor has a double bed and a double sofa bed .There is a 40 inch tv/dvd
A shower wet room , toilet and sink are provided also

The Tackleshed is a stone fronted 1 bedroom bungalow with an open plan kitchen/living area
The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and includes
washer/dryer

There is an island which houses the electric oven and gas hob. A downdraught extractor in fitted behind the hob.
Seating is provided at the island( 2 tall stools) and there is also a dining table and four chairs.
In the living area
The settee converts to a double sofa bed and there is also a love seat.
To make the place extra cosy there is a large log burner with extended internal flue and also a 60 inch flat screen smart tv
Built in music system that you supports aux input

Families with children are most welcome but need supervising whilst playing in the garden as there are deep water fish ponds
