Panoramica

Jowders is a stone-built cottage in a quiet location, set back from the high street. The accommodation sleeps 4 (plus baby).

The cosy sitting room has two sofas and a smart TV with NetFlex, The well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils needed.

Upstairs, a double room with exposed stonework and vaulted ceiling is alongside a twin room and a modern bathroom with underfloor heating.

Outside, a private patio with sun room is the ideal spot for breakfast al fresco (note the neighbour has access down the alleyway adjacent.

A Private parking space is provided just around the corner (but access is narrow so large 4x4s and vans may not be able to access).

Built in the mid-1800s, Jowders is a traditional stone-built cottage with slate roof.

From Marazion centre head East, up the hill for approx 200m, past the chapel on the right and the large church on the left. You will find Phillips Court on your right, opposite the old school. Phillips Court is a small alleyway (ope) that passes under the white cottagess.
