The Long Melford Swan is part of the Stuart Inns Group which is owned and managed by siblings Iain Macmillan and Lorna Pissarro. Together with their father Andrew, they have brought together their passion for food and design to create something very special.

Their vision was to open a welcoming bar and restaurant with an appealing menu which is crafted and prepared with culinary passion using the best seasonal ingredients. The luxurious rooms each have their own look and feel, where, after a fabulous meal, guests can enjoy a restful night and a mouth-watering award winning breakfast the following morning.

Listed in the Michelin Guide, an array of constantly changing menus are available in this 2 AA rosette restaurant. All dishes are prepared by a team of talented chefs using only the finest seasonal produce, returning diners always have an exciting range of options to choose from throughout the year. Guests can enjoy an award winning Breakfast or Brunch as well as a full À La Carte menu for lunch or dinner. Or explore the flavours of The Long Melford Swan with a six course Tasting Menu, either in the calming atmosphere of the restaurant or as a group of six to eight people in the privacy of The Chef's Table, Tasting Room.
