Each suite of rooms will suit our single visitor, couple, or small family.
The Magnolia suite includes a sitting room, double bedroom (4ft 6" bed), single bedroom (full length, 2ft 6" wide bed), and shower room.
The Orchid suite includes a sitting room, double bedroom (4ft 6" bed), a chair bed in the sitting room (full length, 2ft 6" wide), and shower room.
Free offstreet parking for both suites.
Each suite has a microwave, fridge with small freezer section, kettle, crockery and cutlery, Smart TV, WIFI and gas central heating.
  
 
Location - We are situated on the North side of Bristol with easy access to the motorways M32, M4 and M5.  Yate railway station (10 mins drive) and Parkway railway station (20 mins drive) are both nearby.
Golf Clubs are in abundance  - The Kendleshire, The Players, Chipping Sodbury, Thornbury and Woodlands.
Fishing nearby - Windmill Fisheries , and Bitterwell Lake.
Bristol City Centre is just 8 miles away where you will find, Cabot Circus shopping centre, Hippodrome Theatre, Bristol Old Vic Theatre, Tabacco Factory Theatre, Bristol Museum, "At Bristol" (the Interactive Science Centre), Bristol Aquarium, Bristol Harbour with it's many restaurants and bars.
Bath City Centre is just 16 miles away where you will find the Roman Baths and Spa, Bath Theatre, Bath Abbey Cathedral, Bath shopping centre with many restaurants and bars.
Walkers can join the Cotswold Way as well as many other walks, whilst cyclists have an abundance of cycle paths to explore the surrounding villages and towns.
